The Kitsap County Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society is dedicated to being recognized by the community and the Barbershop Harmony Society for sharing the joy and benefits of bringing the best Barbershop a cappella singing to our West Sound Community.

The MISSION of the Kitsap County Chapter is to provide our community with a dynamic organization for men of all ages committed to the appreciation and performance of the best a cappella music, new and old, in the Barbershop style.

1. We accomplish our mission with members of good character who enjoy musical and social fellowship, have a desire to share their love of music and aspire to grow in musical excellence.

2. Members are supported with exceptional training by experienced, knowledgeable and caring coaches in both chorus and quartet singing.

3. Leadership and members are encouraged and supported to attend Barbershop Harmony Society educational opportunities whenever available.

4. Our performances will entertain the community with a steady supply of a cappella music of celebrated quality that brings laughter and tears and laughter again.

5. Public performances will include sharing the “down to earth” history and unique theory of Barbershop singing.
