Helena, Montana Request Approved

About two years ago, then District President contacted the three chapters that are in Montana that are/were in Division III.  Several members had complained that they did not want to get passports, now that the law had changed and would like to have the opportunity to become members of Division V.  The chapters were contacted and one decided to stay in Division III; one did not respond to the efforts to contact them; one chapter, the Helena, MT Chapter, voted to join Division V.  The District Board of Directors approved the request to move from Division V to Division III and at the House of Delegates held during Harmony College Northwest, the move was approved.

We hope to see the Helena, MT Chapter at the next Division Contest and welcome from the other Division V Members.
