Evergreen District Convention

Everyone in Evergreen District should have September 24-25 on your calendars to be in Portland, OR, whether you are competing or not.  The District Convention will be hosted by the Salem Senate-aires with Bob Cox the Convention Chairman.  This should be a great weekend with an International Chorus Prelims and an International Senior Quartet Prelims, as well as the District Chorus Contest.  The Salem Chapter is going all out to make this a great convention.  They are hosting the convention near and around the site of the 2012 BHS International Convention which will also be hosted by the Salem Chapter in Portland, OR.

Bob and his crew are planning events so all can have a great convention experience.  Get your all events ticket while at the current price of $75.00 as it will go up soon.  Don't wait until the last day at the door as you will have big price to pay then.

There will also be a House of Delegates (HOD) Meeting on Friday, so please get in Portland early so you can participate in the HOD Meeting if you are a delegate. They are also planning on having a Bud Leabo Memorial Fund Meeting and a District Board of Directors Meeting.  Get in Portland early and participate in some of the other activities.  See you in September in Portland.
